To support businesses in County Durham on their journey to net zero, we have organised a series of events “Together Towards Net Zero”. This collection of events aims to support countywide decarbonisation by pooling and sharing knowledge from organisations who have undertaken work towards net zero.
The second event: Harnessing the natural environment and sustainable practises for net zero will include talks on commercial opportunities in renewable technologies, electrification of fleet and sustainable land management for storage and sequestration of carbon.
