Increase engagement with Service Areas to include environmental considerations within contracts (PEP's). Perform quarterly review of procurement pipeline, identifying forthcoming tenders and contracts that may have impact on our carbon emissions and other resource use. Subsequent engagement by LCE and Procurement staff to work with contract managers to improve contract specifications.
